Chris joined the band in 1997. As well as supplying his musical talents to Whitchurch band, Chris also plays with Tarporley Band, where he is the current Secretary. We are also led to believe that Chris plays a mean banjo and has been forced to sink many a pint of Real Ale in his quest to entertain the troops! Other stints with a battle re-enactment group have seen Chris fall on the battleground many times for his King and country. To his credit, he always seems to make it to rehearsals on a Tuesday!

Chris' pastimes include golf (although he won't divulge his handicap) and motor sport.

Currently residing in Crewe Cheshire, Chris runs his own successful taxi firm and is married with a son, daughter and step-daughter.
